By accessing or using Muslim Myrtle Beach (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who Can Use the Site

The Site is open to individuals 16 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

Accounts and Registration

Some features of the Site, such as submitting a business listing or writing a review, require creating an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Promptly update your account information if anything changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

Business Listings

Business owners and operators may submit listings to appear in the Muslim Myrtle Beach directory. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to represent the business
• All information in the listing is accurate, current, and not misleading
• The business genuinely serves or is relevant to the Muslim community
• You will update the listing promptly if information changes
• The listing does not include content that violates these Terms

We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove any listing that does not meet our standards or that we determine is inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading.

Community (free) listings are a core feature of the Site. Premium advertising packages are available and governed by our Advertiser Terms, which supplement these Terms for advertisers.

Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Muslim Myrtle Beach a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related marketing
• Represent that your review reflects your genuine first-hand experience
• Agree not to submit fake, paid, or otherwise inauthentic reviews
• Agree that your User Content complies with our Community Standards

Intellectual Property

The Site design, logo, code, written content, and curated materials are owned by or licensed to Muslim Myrtle Beach and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission. User Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the license described above.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
• Post content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Post content that infringes any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the Site to send spam, run phishing schemes, or conduct unauthorized marketing
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract Site data in bulk without our written permission
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, servers, or security systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or content moderation
• Impersonate any person, business, or organization

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any business listing, review, or other content is accurate, complete, or current
• Results obtained from using the Site will meet your expectations

Business information, halal certifications, hours, and other details are provided by listing owners. Muslim Myrtle Beach does not independently verify all listing details and is not responsible for inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslim Myrtle Beach and its affiliates, staff, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing, review, or content on the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muslim Myrtle Beach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
