About Advertising on Muslim Myrtle Beach

Muslim Myrtle Beach offers premium advertising packages for businesses that want enhanced visibility in the Muslim community of the Grand Strand. All businesses must first be eligible for a community listing (see our Listing Guidelines) before purchasing an advertising package.

These Advertiser Terms supplement our Terms of Use and apply to all paid advertising relationships with Muslim Myrtle Beach. By purchasing an advertising package, you agree to these Advertiser Terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

Advertising Packages

Premium packages may include features such as:

• Featured placement in category and search results
• Homepage visibility in the Community Favorites section
• Enhanced listing with expanded photo gallery, custom description, and highlighted badges
• Deal posting privileges to promote offers to the community
• Priority support for listing updates and inquiries

Package details, pricing, and available features are described on the Advertise page. Package contents may be updated from time to time; active advertisers will be notified of material changes before their next renewal.

Advertising Content Requirements

All advertising content, listings, deal descriptions, photos, and other materials submitted as part of an advertising package, must comply with our Listing Guidelines and Community Standards.

Additional requirements for advertisers:

• Content must accurately represent your business and the products or services you offer
• Promotional claims must be truthful and substantiated
• Deal listings must reflect genuine, available offers
• Advertiser badges and featured placement must not be used to imply editorial endorsement

Pricing and Payments

Advertising packages are priced as described on the Advertise page and are billed on the schedule specified at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

• All prices are in US dollars
• Payment is due in advance of each billing period
• We accept payment via credit card and other methods listed at checkout
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active advertisers

Failure to pay will result in your listing being downgraded to a community listing until payment is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your advertising package at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your listing will remain at the premium level until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Advertising fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (such as a verified technical failure that prevented your listing from being displayed).

We reserve the right to terminate an advertising package without refund if the advertiser violates these Advertiser Terms, our Listing Guidelines, or our Community Standards.

Placement and Performance

Featured placement positions are determined by our algorithm, which considers advertiser status, category, relevance to the user’s search, and other factors. We do not guarantee a specific ranking position or number of views, clicks, or inquiries.

We do our best to deliver consistent, high-quality placement for all premium advertisers. If you have concerns about your listing’s performance, contact us and we will review it.

50% Gives Back to Local Mosques

Muslim Myrtle Beach is committed to giving back to the community it serves. 50% of every advertising renewal payment is donated to a local mosque in the Myrtle Beach area.

When you advertise with Muslim Myrtle Beach, you are not only reaching the Muslim community of the Grand Strand, you are directly supporting the mosques and Islamic institutions that serve it.

Details about the current recipient mosque are shared in our newsletter and on social media. The recipient may change from time to time as we rotate support among qualifying local institutions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Advertiser Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active advertisers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of your advertising package after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
